Understanding the psychology of the interview itself can benefit a first time interviewee or candidates trying to improve their impact. Tom will go over how to answer some of the tough questions like: “Tell me about yourself?”; “Why did you leave?”; “What are your weaknesses?”; “What kind of money are you looking for?”; and “Where do you want to be in 5 years?”. Learn what the process is all about or what it is not about.
Tom is an experienced sales professional with extensive experience in four industry groups. He has spent the last three years with the oldest and most respected “out placement” firm based in Chicago – Challenger, Gray and Christmas.
