On the second Thursday of each month, Elderwerks will be sponsoring an "Ask the Nurse" series on a variety of topics. In November, Chris will talk about stress and the holidays, how the food we eat can impact our well-being, the pressure to attend a holiday function, how to relax and enjoy!
