Beach Yoga

Lake Bluff Fitness Center is offering twice a week yoga classes at Sunrise Beach in addition to their yoga classes at the Fitness Center for two 8-week sessions this summer. Participants can register for Session One of the summer yoga classes (May 29-July 21) at the 2nd Floor Fitness desk at the Lake Bluff Rec Center at 355 W Washington Ave, Lake Bluff. Participants can purchase single class cards, 8 class cards, 16 class cards or unlimited class cards good for both beach yoga and yoga classes at the Fitness Center.
