Understanding how to create a Budget for your NonProfit will aid any NonProfit trying to create Grant Proposals. Having this information as a part of your Grant Proposal should help in the probability of your NonProfit in attaining the Grant . Whether you are starting a NonProfit, or already have a NonProfit this Workshop should help you understand the Budgeting process.

Sonja is a CPA and MBA. She has "hands on" experience in manufacturing and service operation, plus 8 years of NonProfit experience including Grant Management, and Donor Reporting.
