Tony will teach you the techniques that he uses to ensure his signature crunchy, bubble-free shell. Tony “Cannoli” Volpentesta learned how to make cannoli from his Italian grandmother and took it to a new level. He has perfected a unique recipe for his shells that are crisp like a cookie but flaky too. He also creates unique seasonal flavors of the day such as pumpkin and lemon. This class is for Adults and Kids over the age of 9ish!
