The Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce will host a panel of experts from the area’s leading real estate firms at its monthly Chamber luncheon on Wednesday, March 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The panel’s topic, “Real Estate in Lake Forest & Lake Bluff: Where Are We Today?” will include discussions about the impact of foreclosures and REOs, market value versus tax-assessed valuation, the most active price points, the appraisal dilemma and new trends in the marketplace.
Members of the public are invited to attend the buffet luncheon, which will be held at the Lake Forest Club, 554 N. Westmoreland Rd. The cost is $35 for non-Chamber members; $25 for members.
