Previously, he served as Chief Investment Officer of what is now Wintrust Financial, Chief Investment Officer of Kemper Corporation with $60 billion under management, and President of Wm Mercer’s Global Investment Consulting Subsidiary. In addition, Sandy has been a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Radio and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Investors Business Digest.
