In this presentation, Ed Sehr draws on more than 40 years of IT experience to explain the threats to small businesses and the practical steps you can take to protect your business.

With real-world examples, easy-to-understand explanations, and immediately usable tips, this session gives business owners and managers the knowledge needed to safeguard business data, reputation, and the bottom line.

During the workshop, you will learn:

  • How cybercriminals operate.
  • The most common types of attacks targeting businesses.
  • Affordable, actionable strategies to reduce risk, including:
  • employee security awareness,
  • strong password policies,
  • multi-factor authentication,
  • safe remote practices.
  • How to respond if your business is attacked.
