Join the History Center of Lake Forest-Lake Bluff for a walk down memory lane with Fred Jackson as he shares stories about this beloved, public golf course from its early years to today. Legendary sportswriter Don Pierson will host the conversation. Fred retired after 43 years of service to the Lake Forest Parks & Recreation Department after spending 38 years as Executive Director. Few people have a golf tournament named in their honor and Fred, quick to point out he's glad it is not a memorial, is excited to talk about the tournament's 20-year history during this special evening of looking back and ahead.
