In this workshop, you will learn the basics of domestic and international intellectual property for start-ups and small businesses. We will review patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets and learn how each is applied to protect a business’s products, brands and operations. We will also discuss non-disclosure agreements, invention assignments as well as privacy policies.
