This Complimentary event is all about celebrating the importance of staying active and healthy at any age. Come explore the center, meet our friendly staff, attend a group exercise class, and experience the many benefits of exercise in a supportive community!

Exciting Health and Fitness activities

9:30 – 10:30 am and 1:00 – 3:30 pm – Chair massages
Blood pressure screenings available throughout the day.
9 am – noon – Skin cancer screenings available.
Noon – 1 pm – Enjoy a smoothie from the Forest Cafe
Enjoy a 25% discount at the boutique.

Classes and special programs  

9:15 am – Chair Yoga in the Banquet Room
10:30 am – BeMoved Dance in the Main Studio
11:30 am – Balance and Stability in the Main Studio
1:00 pm –  Fall Prevention with Linda Egan, PT, a certified fall prevention specialist and the Parkinson’s Program Coordinator at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital.
