   Wayne has been involved with social media since 2004.  His interest and passion helped him recognize the business-side utility of the channel, and he began an on-going practice of attendance at professional seminars and webinars to master advanced social media techniques and practices.  As President at Reed Social Media Group he assists small businesses in building and managing their social media presence.  He is also a regular speaker at events on social media, and considered to be an expert on personal, business, and social networking.
