Bio: Katie Morford is a San Francisco mother of three, registered dietitian with a Master's Degree in nutrition from New York University, and longtime freelance food and nutrition writer. Her first cookbook, Best Lunch Box Ever, earned rave reviews and was widely covered by the press including the Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Redbook, Cooking Light, and Parenting Magazine. Among her claims to fame is that she has packed more than 4000 school lunches.
