Need a gift for Mom? Spring into action at the Blooming Scavenger Hunt. While you're shopping for a Mother's Day present at Lake Bluff's unique boutiques (they're sure to have something Mom will adore), collect a free flower at participating businesses. Once you're done shopping, bring your flowers to the Village Green, where members of the Lake Bluff Garden Club will make them into a beautiful hand-tied bouquet with ribbon bows and a Mother's Day card.
While you're there, peruse the Garden Club's 50th Anniversary Garden Market, where green thumbs can snap up donated plants, designer baskets and good-for-your-garden Praying Mantis bugs.
