NM5K Race to Impact Sunday, September 10 Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center 1200 North Westmoreland Road Lake Forest, Illinois 60045 Through your support and participation in the NM5K Race to Impact 2023, you are helping fund medical fitness and wellness programs. These programs are designed to prevent and treat health conditions as well as promote an optimal level of social and emotional well-being at Northwestern Medicine. Whether you choose to walk, run or donate, you will be making a difference while supporting programs that are vital to the health of our participants and community.

Our medical fitness programs are intended for those living with medical conditions such as heart disease or Parkinson’s disease. We offer something for every wellness goal, from day-to-day health and fitness to weight loss and cancer survivorship programs. Our highly qualified staff works closely with participants to help them adopt healthy behaviors and improve their quality of life. Through the financial support of people like you, we are able to provide these programs at little to no cost.
