     Brian Graham is the Vice President, Human Resources for Chicagoland Methodist Senior Services (CMSS) on Chicago’s North Shore. CMSS has a rich history, and in 2015 the organization celebrates 117 years of service providing assisted living and nursing care for dementia, rehabilitation services, supportive living and senior home care, as well as subsidized living for seniors.
     Brian is responsible for designing, delivering and executing the human resource strategy across the enterprise.
 
     Among other day-to-day operational HR imperatives, he is closely involved in the long range strategic planning of the organization. A published author in the career management category, Brian is also a public speaker and writer on the subjects of careers and recruiting.
