One in four new businesses fail in their first year of operation ( per the US Department of Labor)! Less than one in three small businesses reach the tenth year of operation, and only half can claim they have operated for five years. That is a stark reality.

Most entrepreneurs do not realize that their business is heading towards trouble until it is too late. At that stage, they may require a significant new investment of capital to turn them around, which may not be available or they have to file for bankruptcy.

At this Workshop, we will make you aware of the red flags you will encounter during your entrepreneurial journey, both financial and non-financial - when trouble is starting to brew. You will have an opportunity to learn how to spot trouble, how to determine where to focus, and then develop strategies to take appropriate action, so that your business is on a path to success not failure!
