On May 22 we will host a special after hours event specifically for merchants in both communities that will provide an opportunity to get together and see a preview of the Chamber’s new website and learn of the many ways you can use it as a promotional tool for your business for free, free, free!
In mid-June our new website will launch with a promotional splash intended to get a lot of eyes on the site. Before launch, we want to be sure that all enhance their business landing pages in our member directory, upload “Hot Deals” and any job postings, learn to harvest the email addresses of visitors to your page, add your shopping or dining events on the community calendar – and (very importantly) utilize tips to improve your rankings on search engines.
After a very popular presentation at this week’s Chamber luncheon on the same topic, Paul Dworianyn of Awesome Dynamics will be on hand to walk through some best practices that will get you noticed and will help you enhance that all-important “virtual” relationship with your customers.
