Sports Night for Middle Schoolers at Woodlands Academy

Athletes, teams, coaches, parents and fans of area middle schools are invited to join in Sports Night festivities at Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart Jan. 26 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The all-girls day and boarding college preparatory high school is located at 760 E. Westleigh Road in Lake Forest. Participants can help cheer on the Wildcats as they host Lakeshore Christian in a 4:30 p.m. varsity basketball game. They’ll also be able to meet the team as well as Woodlands Academy Athletic Director Rosemary Briesch, whose coaching achievements include this year’s IHSA Class 2A Regional volleyball championship.
