Addie Gundry is no stranger to questioning the status quo.  Formally trained in the culinary arts, she began her career in the restaurant industry working with Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller.  Gundry then transitioned to writing creative content for Martha Stewart Living, which led to consulting in the field of culinary design.  After the birth of her first child, a negative diaper changing experience planted the seed for Pluie, a technologically advanced public restroom changing table.  With Pluie, Gundry has elevated the everyday experience of a diaper change, while providing a safe and hygienic environment.
