The Gut Microbiome
Tuesday, 1/9 at 10:30am
Come learn about the Microbiome and understand the impacts of our gut health on overall wellbeing. We will explore ways to improve the intestinal ecosystem to reach optimal health. This program will be presented by Talia Wilkinson, Heinen's Wellness Consultant and Melanie Jatsek, Heinen's Corporate Wellness Specialist.
