The social isolation brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic can cause devastating outcomes especially to the brain. Join Chris as she navigates through the ways that the isolation has affected us physically, cognitively, and mentally. She will cover how loneliness and isolation differ and provide strategies to combat loneliness. Please join us!
