The Mustard Seed Fashion Show

On Wednesday, May 20 at 11 am, The Mustard Seed in Lake Forest is hosting its annual Fashion Show at the store. Proceeds from tickets and daily sales will go to Opportunity International and Beacon Place in Waukegan. Lillian Covington, VP of Philanthropy, will share how Opportunity International is making micro loans to empower people living in poverty to transform their lives.
 
Beacon Place partners with local families in food, nutrition, education and technology to make the community and individuals stronger.
 
The Mustard Seed is the only Fair Trade gift shop on the North Shore and only one of a handful of fair trade stores in the Chicago area. 
 
Tickets are $20 and are available at the store now and on the day of the Show.
