We will review the reasons why each element of a Business Plan is important to maximize your odds of success, and remove any fears associated with how to create them. Whether you are starting a business, or have an existing business, this is for you. For those of you that have an existing business this workshop will help with some things to think about as you prepare for 2025.

Meet the presenter, Jim Screeden

Jim has been a SCORE Member, and Certified Master Mentor, for over 10 years. Jim has an extensive background in professional services and project management, primarily in the mission critical, wireless communications space. Other experiences include sales, sales management, marketing, and four years as a communications and electronics officer in the US Army Signal Corps.
