Woodlands Academy Hosts Parent Preview Event

Parents of prospective students are invited to get a preview of the transformative educational experience at Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart on Tuesday, March 13, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Participants will be able to join in a round- table conversation with current parents, the principal and head of school followed by a tour of the school. Located at 760 E. Westleigh Road in Lake Forest, Woodlands Academy is an independent Catholic day-and-boarding college-preparatory high school for young women of all faiths in grades nine through 12. It’s part of a worldwide network of Sacred Heart Schools that spans the United States and 40 countries around the world. Woodlands promotes engaging academics, artistic and athletic excellence, strong faith, and social responsibility. 2018 marks the 160th anniversary of its founding in Chicago as well as the 200th anniversary of Sacred Heart education in North America.
