Description

There are various options when setting up the legal structure of your company depending on the desired ownership, liability protection and tax implications you want to achieve.

These include:

  • Sole proprietorship

  • Partnership

  • Limited liability company (LLC)

  • Corporation

This webinar reviews the various forms of business organizations and their characteristics with an eye toward analyzing what types of businesses and how the goals of the founders may dictate which form of organization to undertake.

The workshop is designed for those who are considering beginning a business, who are in the earliest stages of forming a business, or who are thinking of changing their business form.
