Description
This event is for adults over the age of 55 who are concerned about falling. Learn how the normal process of aging affects your balance and fall risk during a one-hour lecture. Following the lecture, work with a physical therapist from Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital and receive a screening for your fall risk.
Physical therapists include: Joseph Hargitt, Haina Dorman, Rebecca Palarz, Julie Chan, Jack Smith.
