Description
Long before hashtags and viral trends, Lake Bluff's artists, writers, musicians and entertainers were shaping culture in ways that reached far beyond this small North Shore village. Lake Bluff History Museum's new exhibit, Influencers: A Legacy of Creative Spirit, opens October 19 and explores how creativity has been at the heart of the community for more than a century.
The exhibit highlights the village's creative legacy through stories, artifacts and visuals showcasing the poets, illustrators, painters, musicians, actors and others who have called Lake Bluff home. Visitors will discover how a spirit of collaboration and innovation turned a small town into a hub for creativity ? and how that same energy continues to inspire.
