About Us

Forever Om Yoga is a hot yoga studio in downtown Lake Forest. FOY specializes in hot power vinyasa yoga and Athlete's Recovery™. We welcome everyone of every level, but if you come to a power class be prepared to sweat! We rent mat and towels and anything you need to start your practice. Located right across from the Lake Forest, FOY is dedicated to providing yoga and meditation for yogis of all ages and levels.
