About Us

Lake Behavioral Hospital is a free-standing behavioral health hospital providing crisis stabilzation inpatient care for adolescents (13-17) and adults 18 and older who are experiencing a mental health or substance disorder related crisis. An Intensive Outpatient Program for adults and a Partial Hospital Program for adolescents and transporation is provided. Most insurances are accepted, including Managed Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and Wisconsin Badgercare. Free assessments are provided 24/7 by appointment or walk-in.
